WARRANTY: Customers have the option to purchase warranties of different durations at a very low cost, covering all blinds, curtains, and outdoor products. The warranty promises to cover any defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser during the warranty period, provided that the products are correctly installed in residential or commercial buildings as per the provided instructions. The products must remain manually operated without any unauthorized alterations, tampering, or modifications. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, abuse, alterations, excessive fading from sunlight, the passage of time, humidity, exposure to salty air, atmospheric changes, corrosive materials, fire, flood, or acts of nature. ShadingMaster is not responsible for shipping charges, labor costs for disassembly, reassembly, installation, damage to other property, or personal injuries.
